But, in my experience, you don't need more dedicated ip's. If you create one account today in new york for example, and you choose tomorrow new york again, probably you will have one similar but not equal ip in the same city. I have 30 domains in there and only 3 repeat ip. I'm sure if I'd delete the account and I'd try tomorrow I'd have another different ip. They don't tell it in the features of the hosting, but this happens.
