Announced at Pubcon Boston by Matt Cutts (head of the Google anti-spam group), all Googlebots (regular Googlebot, Mediabot and Newsbot) will now be sharing cache records. This means that if Mediabot visits your site, Googlebot may not need to visit. It also means you should have all Googlebot IPs in your lists if you are cloaking.
Fortunately, all of Googlebot's IPs have always been included in KloakIt's lists (at www.iplists.com/ )
